Talent Pro enriches profiles from 30+ verified data sources. This includes GitHub (activity, languages, frameworks, contributions, expertise level), LinkedIn (job titles, work history, companies, education, years of experience), and additional verified sources. Each profile includes AI-generated activity summaries, developer archetype classification, and technical skill extraction.

How does seat-based pricing work?

Each seat gives one team member full access to all Pro features including unlimited search, lists, API access, and the CLI. Seats share the same organization and billing cycle, so your whole team can collaborate on talent lists and pipelines.

During our Beta period, Pro is available at $199/seat/month and gives you unlimited credits for a fixed price. Early adopters lock in this rate for as long as they maintain an active subscription.

How fast can you integrate my ATS?

We'll integrate your ATS in 24 hours or less. We currently support Greenhouse with more ATS platforms coming soon. Once integrated, you can export profiles directly to your job pipelines as prospects - all from the AI chat or your talent lists.

Static lists are manually curated - you pick specific profiles and save them. Dynamic lists auto-update based on your search criteria, refreshing daily, weekly, or monthly as new talent matches appear. Both types support bulk operations, sharing with your team, and exporting.

The Talent Agent CLI is a terminal-based tool that lets you search for talent using natural language queries directly from your command line. It features a full TUI with search history, profile details, and multi-turn sessions. It also works as an MCP server, so you can use it in Claude, Cursor, and other AI assistants. Prefer Slack? Talent Agent is also available as a Slack bot. Install the CLI with: npm i -g talent-agent && talent-agent.

Pro is for recruiters and hiring teams on pro.talent.app - it includes AI search, multi-turn chat, custom lists, CSV export, ATS integration, API access, the CLI, and a Slack bot. They serve different audiences and are separate subscriptions.
